Nigel launched his career in Manchester in 1981 and quickly became known for his ability to spot potential and nurture it into lasting success. His hands-on approach and dedication to talent development have helped shape the careers of artists, performers and models who have gone on to make their mark both nationally and internationally.

A major milestone came in 1989 when Nigel's successful Nidge's Agency joined forces with The Model Bureau to create Boss Agencies. Building on that achievement, he later launched Nemesis Models, which has grown into one of the UK's leading model and talent agencies.
